Fendo, the Earth Ninja, receives a distress call from a village he had previously saved from bandits. Upon arrival, he finds the village in chaos, with buildings burned down and people injured. The village leader reveals that they were betrayed by one of their own, a trusted advisor who had been secretly working with the bandits. The advisor had stolen a valuable artifact, and the bandits had attacked the village to retrieve it.
